I visited this park this week and was surprised how close it was to the ocean.  It is a great place to stay.  The park was very clean and the weather was amazing. I was greeted by the maintenance guy named Noah when I arrived and he was friendly and very helpful.

I had a wonderful time at Rouge Pacific RV Park and Cottages! The park is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and just a short walk from the beach. The RV sites are spacious and well-kept. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making living there easy and stress-free. I especially loved how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was — perfect for unwinding and enjoying the Oregon coast. Katie has been so much help and made moving so much easier for me. She’s super understanding and actually takes the time to talk to you. I loved how easy it was to go through the application process as well even tho I had my own hiccups. She also has connections with resources and other communities so if you’re lost she can guide you. This place is forever in my mind as one of the most beautiful peaceful alluring places on earth. The coast right there, the sounds of the waves, the coastal storms and the most helpful manager to assist with what ever came up. I LUV the town of Gold beach as well.

I recently visited Rogue Pacific Mobile Home Park in Gold Beach, Oregon, and I couldn't be more impressed! The community is incredibly family-oriented, and the tenants welcomed me with open arms. The beautiful ocean view makes this place a dream location for anyone looking to live on the coast. Katie the community leader, is exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to assist residents in achieving their dream of living here. Not only is the location and overall site a dream, I cant express my appreciation of the team at Rogue Pacific enough! Katie has been incredibly kind & helpful, and always answers questions or concerns quickly. Lived here for almost 2 years and being able to walk straight to the beach was amazing. Ruth is the kindest park manager we have come across. Always answers the phone, always very fair and respectful. Our kids had a blast in our spot and we will truly miss it!!!
