FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  • HOW MUCH WOULD AN RV SITE WITH FULL HOOK UPS COST ME PER WEEK? PER MONTH?
    Please see our rates page for the latest information about rates. Monthly rate applies to those who are approved for long-term tenancy.

  • WILL YOU TAKE AN OLDER RIG?
    We accept older RV's if they are in good shape and they have a full working bathroom. But regardless of age we will need to see pictures of all four sides, if it is a motor home it has to be able to be driven into the park. If your rig is a towed unit, you must have the ability to tow it or have the financial ability to have it towed. We do require that all black water tanks are kept closed and treated with the appropriate chemicals until full and then dumped. No RV's with leaking tanks will be accepted. All rigs must be have proof of current registration.

  • WHAT IF WE MOVE IN AT OTHER TIMES THAN THE FIRST?

  • We are happy to pro-rate the rent and utilities for your RV site usage. We divide the rent by 30 days to obtain a daily rate RV rate. We then multiply that rate by the days you will not be staying in the park and then we subtract that amount from the monthly rate to get your pro-rated Move-In charge. We do the same for any un-metered the utility charge.

  • WHY DO WE HAVE TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION TO GET THE MONTHLY RATE?

  • Only those RV tenants whom wish to become month-to-month RV residents or wish to stay with us longer than 3 months are required to provide us with information that is similar to if you were renting an apartment or house. With monthly rates, your utilities are billed monthly and your over all rate should be lower when compared to our daily or weekly rates. Just normal business practice. (Daily & weekly RV campers are not required to pay the refundable security deposit.)

  • WHY DO YOU WANT A PICTURE ID & SOCIAL SECURITY CARD?

  • We need to know who is living in our community for everyone's safety.

  • I'M PLANNING ON RENTING A MONTH-TO-MONTH RV SITE. IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT? HOW MUCH?

  • Yes, The Security Deposit is Equivalent to one months rent. Your security deposit is fully refundable based upon the condition of your space upon vacating and the fulfillment of providing us a 30-Day written notice to Vacate. The deposit is used specifically as deposit for your rent, utilities, or any potential property damage in the same way an apartment complex would have a security deposit. The security deposit is the same as the normal charge for one months rent. (For example, if your rent is $380.00 per month, then

    HOW DO I GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK?
    That is so easy! Simply provide the manager a 30-Day written Notice along with you forwarding address. The manager will give you a closing bill the day you leave (usually just for electricity as the electric bill is 30 days behind). When you pay the closing bill the manager sends in the information for a refund. The refund is mailed to you from our main office within 30 days time.

  • WHAT IF MY CREDIT REPORT SHOWS I HAVE EVICTIONS?

  • If your credit report shows an eviction, we will take the opportunity to ask you about the eviction if you disclosed it on your application. An eviction on your application will not automatically deny your application.

  • DO YOU HAVE RV STORAGE?

  • No we do not, but there are storage units close by in G, that are affordable.

  • WHAT ABOUT PETS?

  • We are pet lovers and we accept indoor cats, and small to medium sized dogs. We do not accept any aggressive breed dogs, farm animals, or exotic animals. If your dog is a little larger than medium sized (No more than 18 at the shoulder) and not an aggressive breed, the manager will meet with your dog and on a case by case basic to make a decision if the dog will be accepted. Cats and Dogs may not be tied or fenced outside the unit and left alone during anytime.

  • WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN?

  • They are welcome; of course, however this park does not provide any supervision for children.

  • WHAT ARE THE ON-SITE AMENTITIES?

  • Rogue Pacific spaces vary and most RV sites have ocean views. After you get settled in we have private beach access which is a hop, skip and jump away from your RV Space.

  • IS THIS PARK QUIET?

  • The park rules are enforced, quiet time is 8 PM to 8 AM, and at no time can anyone disturb the peace and quiet enjoyment of others. Our park does not allow the usage of generators or the repair of any vehicle(s) at any time.

  • WHAT ARE OTHER PARK RULES?

  • The same as above, plus nothing may be stored outside the unit, of course Patio Furniture and BBQs are allowed. If you are a monthly tenant you may purchase a Rubbermaid type storage shed and put it at the back of your space for storage but must be approved by management first.
